Fair Trade coffee assures consumers that the coffee sold under this label was purchased under fair conditions. To become Fair Trade certified, an importer must
meet stringent international criteria; providing much needed credit to farmers, and providing
technical assistance such as help transitioning to organic farming.
Fair Trade for coffee farmers means community develhealth,
education, and environmental stewardship.
We use only high grade, high-grown, washed, mild Arabica coffees from around the world.
We roast using the Sivetz Fluid Bed Roaster.
Freeze any coffee not used within 18 hours after roasting in airtight containers.
